About HMR

Harold M. Raynor ALSITE Scholarships, Inc. (often referred to as HMR ALSITE Scholarships, Inc.) is a non-profit foundation established in 1994 that provides financial assistance to undergraduate students pursuing degrees in civil and transportation engineering in the state of Alabama. The organization operates under the umbrella of ITE Alabama Section and is named in honor of Harold M. Raynor, Jr., a prominent transportation engineer and longtime leader in the organization.
