Sponsorship Opportunities
With rising costs across the US, the ALSITE Annual Meeting has been suffering small losses in recent years. The Board wants to continue to offer the wonderful accommodations and activities we are accustomed to, but that comes with the need to make small changes. Instead of trying to raise registration rates, the Board has approved new sponsorship structures for all meetings and the newsletters. The Board put a lot of thought into the new sponsorship structure. While it may seem a lot different, it has a lot of similarities. This new tiered structure has the added benefit of including items such as:
- Ads, logos, and sponsor names in the program
- Promotional items in goody bags
- Recognition on signs throughout the event and venue
- Additional recognition at the meeting
The Board is made up of both private and public sector employees which allowed for a broad range of perspectives. The resulting options were agreed upon by all. Annual Meeting Sponsorships
Platinum Sponsorship
Platinum Sponsorships are first come first serve. If available, Platinum Sponsorship may be purchased in conjunction with Annual Meeting registration.
Platinum Sponsorship includes:
- 2 complimentary registrations
- 2 complimentary additional banquet tickets
- Opportunity to include swag in registration bag
- ¼ page ad in program
- Large logo in program
- Large logo on signs at Shrimp Boil
- Large logo on sign at Registration Desk
- Additional recognition at the meeting
- Option to add vendor booth for $300
